Administrator Vacancy, Deepcut, Surrey

Fusion Wheels based in Deepcut is looking for a friendly, organised person to provide comprehensive administrative support and to be the first point of contact for all customers/telephone calls to the company.

This is a full-time position and hours of work are 9:00-17:00.

Hours per week: 40h ( 40 min lunch break )

Salary: £8.65per hour/ 18 000 annually

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling appointments for wheels collection from clients
  • Working closely with the Sales Manager  and other members of the management team
  • Updating client/job records to ensure that the database is always accurate
  • Setting up sales appointments for customers on the company’s booking system
  • Managing company’s Facebook page (answering messages )
  • Reporting to the owner on a regular basis
  • Answering phones

Experience:

Demonstrable experience of providing excellent customer service (Essential)

Experience of communicating and organising with a variety of staff (Essential)

 

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

Excellent administrative skills and good IT skills, including Microsoft Office packages: Word, Excel (Essential)

Demonstrable ability to work independently (Essential)

Excellent personal organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and to work to and meet tight deadlines (Essential)

Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and work effectively  with a variety of people both inside and outside the organisation (Essential)
